Mark Milley testified before the Senate Armed Services Committee on March 28, 2023 and spoke about the infamous photo-op President Trump staged on June 1, 2020 in Lafayette Park near the White House in Washington D.C. The image of Milley, in uniform, with Trump and members of his administration "is out there," he said. "it's all over the place and that did a lot of damage for the military for which I will always regret."
